Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for the Children & Young People's Workforce

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for the Children and Young People's Workforce develops managers and deputies currently on level 3/4 and provides a foundation for progression into degree level studies. Learners will benefit from its introduction to in-depth research, assignment and report writing.

Learners will develop their practice in areas such as; Heath & Safety, Safeguarding and Equality & Inclusion. They will also study methods of managing teams and thereby develop their management skills.

Course timescales
