Apprenticeships

Apprentices aged 16-22 are fully funded if you employ less than 50 people. Apprentices aged 22+ are part-funded by government and employers are expected to contribute 5% towards training costs. Exact costs depend on a number of factors, including level of course, exemptions, number of apprentices in the location etc. All prices are open to negotiation up to a particular cap. Charges for standalone courses

• Level 2 – Early Years Practitioner – This course can be self-funded or part of an apprenticeship.

• Level 3 – Early Years Educator – These qualifications can often be funded as part of an Apprenticeship Standard. Outside of an apprenticeship, the charge for this course is £125 a month to a maximum of £2,250 (18 months). If you finish earlier, then your charges will stop. Realistically, the quickest we would expect you to complete it would be 12 months.

• Level 3 – Supporting Teaching & Learning – The charge for this course is £125 a month to a maximum of £2,250 (18 months). If you finish earlier, then your charges will stop. Realistically, the quickest we would expect you to complete it would be 12 months.

• Level 3 – Certificate in Teaching, Training & Assessment (CTTA).  This course is self-funded at the cost of £1,395

• Level 3 – Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA). This course is self-funded at the cost of –  £895

• Level 4 – Advanced Childcare Practice & Management – Self-funded – The charge for these courses is £175 a month to a maximum of £2,625 (15 months). If you finish earlier, then your charges will stop. Realistically, the quickest we would expect you to complete in would be 12 months (£2,100).

• Level 4 – Supporting Teaching & Learning – Self-funded – The charge for these courses is £175 a month to a maximum of £2,625 (15 months). If you finish earlier, then your charges will stop. Realistically, the quickest we would expect you to complete in would be 12 months (£2,100).

• Level 5 – Leadership & Management – Self-funded – The charge for these courses is £175 a month to a maximum of £3,500 (20 months). If you finish earlier, then your charges will stop. Realistically, the quickest we would expect you to complete in would be 15 months (£2,625).
